Privacy Statement & Membership Continuation

As per the 25 May the GDPR has come into effect. As such we have create an ATAC Privacy Statement. All new members will be asked to agree to the Privacy Statement. Existing members haven't done so, hence this form.

We have agreed that the ATAC Membership will be automatically renewed. New members will confirm this through the sign up form, whereas existing members have already signed up for 2018 and did not yet agree upon the auto-renewal. The below form is designed for existing members to confirm the auto-renewal of their ATAC membership, including the automatic deduction of the annual membership fee from you IBAN Bank Account.

Confirmation on auto renewal of membership

I hereby confirm that from now on my ATAC Membership can be automatically renewed and my membership fee can be automatically deducted from the aforementioned IBAN Bank Account. If for whatever reason I want to cancel my membership as per the end of the calendar year, I will send an email to atac.club@gmail.com confirming my cancellation
