Weekly training schedule
Every week throughout the season we host running, swimming, and cycling training sessions to help our club members train together, keep in shape, and stay social..
Swimming
We have three swimming sessions per week. At each session we have exclusive use of the pool. Each session lasts for one hour and has a coach:
Monday evening, 9pm in Oost
Tuesday evening, 7pm in West
Friday morning, 7am West
Our West location is Sportplaza Mercator
Our Oost location is Sportfondsenbad
Additional info:
We ask that you are able to swim 250m non-stop and that you bring swim equipment (pull buoy, float, etc.)

Cycling
In the summer there are usually 3-4 rides organised per week, from beginner through to advanced:
Monday, beginner ride
Tuesday, advanced ride
Thursday, social & intermediate rides
