About the Training
Luziano is swimming coach in the Konaz Team, and head of production at Sportcentrum Pleizier.
Luziano’s passion for sport goes above and beyond. As swimming coach in the Konaz Team, he has produced top swimmers of different ages for the Dutch National Swimming Championship (NK) and he also holds experience as a past race swimmer and triathlete.
We will have a structured training, with variable intensity depending on the level of the lane. You can use this plan as part of a triathlon training plan or to simply boost your swimming fitness.
In the next weeks Luziano will adapt to us and we will do our best to follow his guidelines and put all the corrections and suggestions into practice. You can build on this fitness to complete an Olympic-distance triathlon, participate in swim events or just maintain your swimming.
We will spend much of the workout working on improving strength and endurance. These sessions will be focused on drills and speed exercises or drills and endurance. The ratio will now be 30 percent technique-focused and 70 percent endurance swimming.
