Every week throughout the season we host running, swimming, and cycling training sessions to help our club members train together, keep in shape, and stay social..

Swimming

Our swimming sessions take place on Tuesday evenings and Friday morning, both at the Mercator pool.

Every Tuesday from 19:00 - 20:00, ATAC organizes swim training with a coach.

There’s also Friday morning 7:00- 8:00, with a proposed training program. The pool is entirely booked for ATAC!

Cycling

It is winter, so there are some member organize rides mainly during weekends. Sign up and/or share your rides on Meetup.

Stay tune for indoor cycling event/ challenges.

Running

For the 2023 season our running sessions are held on Wednesday, every week at 19:00, at the running track in West and the park in East.

Check Meetup to find out where the meeting point is, what’s planned for the session, to register, and join the run.


The schedule by days _ Summer time

Monday — Monday Night Beginner Ride

Tuesday — Indoor Swim / Tuesday Night Advanced Ride

Wednesday — Running intervals / Wednesday Night Fast Ride

Thursday — Thursday Morning TT laps in Sloten / Thursday Night Intense Ride / Open water swimming 19h

Friday — Indoor Swim

Saturday — Intermediate endurance cycling, meeting and start points vary, check Meetup.

Sunday — Put your feet up.
