ATAC Indoor Swim training | Tuesday | 26 March - 28 May 2024

We have booked the Sportplaza Mercator pool for another indoor season of 10 sessions.
They will take place each Tuesday at 19h, and last 1h.
These sessions are coached by a professional swim coach: Marijcke Toussaint of Swimfantastic.
As a Swimfantastic Swim Coach and an IRONMAN Certified Coach, Marijcke coaches based on the Total Immersion Technique. She ensures that you shape your body in such a way that you move streamlined and efficiently through the water, in order to reduce your resistance in the water and swim faster.
To guarantee the best experience for the members, only 30 spots are available!
Lanes will be divided by swim capability by levels.
Winter break
Tuesday 19 December 2023 - 9 January 2024.
The last session is on 12 December 2023.
The first session is on 16 January 2024.
Summer Break
Tuesday 6 August 2024 - 3 September 2024
The last session is on 30 July 2024
The first session is on 10 September 2024
NOTES
Free style skill and the ability of 250 meter non-stop swimming is required.
Wearing an ATAC swim-cap is required.
Don't have one? We'll give you one! Contact Eleonora at swimming@atac-club.nl or ask in the “ATAC - Swimming” Whatsapp group.trainings are not refundable nor transferable to another training set.
You can swap individual sessions with another ATAC member in case you can't make it.
Please inform the ATAC team of the change - and arrange it yourself (you can use the Whatsapp group to find a substitute swimmer).
